ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- The Aberdeen City Council on Tuesday addressed an ordinance amending landscape regulations to allow for artificial turf.

Wager talks about this is being a compromise between artifical turf and real landscaping.

Aberdeen City Council approve the first reading on a 9-0 vote.  Second reading scheduled for Monday.
