ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- The Aberdeen City Council addressed a resolution dealing with future use of the promotional fund.  The resolution amended the Promotion Fund Financial Administration Policy.

Aberdeen Finance Director Jordan McQuillen:

Aberdeen City Attorney Ron Wager(Wag-er) went over the changes he suggested.  He dealt first with the issue of conflict of interest.

Wager also recommended rather than just a simple majority present to require five votes needed to pass.

The city council approved the resolution on a 9-0 vote.
