Aberdeen City Council addressed two resolutions

ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- The Aberdeen City Council on Monday night did first readings on two resolutions.  Aberdeen City Attorney Ron Wager went into details on each resolution.

The first resolution dealt with getting involved in class action lawsuits.

Wager went over what the resolution does.

The other resolution addressed an emergency moratorium involving data centers.

Wager expressed concern about the ordinances in place now may not be best suited for data centers.

Wager announced this ordinance would expired in November.

The Aberdeen City Council approved first reading of both resolutions.  Second readings are scheduled for Monday, July 27th.
