ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- On Monday night, the Aberdeen City Council addressed a loan request for the money needed for the upcoming water tower project.
The loan request was made with the help of NECOG. Ted Dickey discussed the worst case scenario in the last meeting. They were unable to make it to Monday’s meeting.
Aberdeen Finance Officer Jordan McQuillen guided the council through the request.
McQuillen went over the water rates as it stands now.
The rates for consumers will go up to $50 while businesses will be at $62.00 per month.
The Aberdeen City Council approved the request.
