ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- The Aberdeen City Council Monday night approved the fees and charges the citizens of Aberdeen would have to pay for a variety of programs.  One change did take place regarding the cannabis industry.

Councilman Clint Rux offered an amendment in regards to a fee to start a cannabis dispensary.

Rux explains why he put in the amendment.

The renewal fee each year will remain at $5,000.
