Aberdeen City Manager Joseph Gaa talked about the compromise that was reach.

Councilwoman Tiffany Langer who was in favor of this Tif talked about the precedent that was set 2 weeks ago.

Councilman Clint Rux who opposed the Tif 2 weeks back agrees with the compromise that was discussed.
