ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- On Tuesday night, the Aberdeen City Council discussed a possible application for $5,000,000 for the WINS project.   WINS stands for Water investment in Northern South Dakota.

Aberdeen City Manager Dave McNeil:

The $5,000,000 will be going toward Phase 3A.  McNeil goes over what Phase 3A is.

The Aberdeen City Council approved the application request.
