ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- The Aberdeen City Council on Monday night dealt with a resolution to appoint someone to secure SWRMS(State Water Resources Management Systems) grant funding for the WINS(Water Investment in Northern South Dakota) project.
