Aberdeen City Council set the initial cannabis fee for $15,000 & $5,000 annually

ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- On Monday night, the Aberdeen City Council set the fees & charges for services for the city of Aberdeen.  One of the fees discussed was cost to start a cannabis business.
