ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- The Aberdeen City Council heard about a request to apply for future Missouri River water use for the WINS project.
Aberdeen City Manager Robin Bobzien:
Aberdeen City Attorney Ron Wager(Wag-er) went over the legal process.
Wager looks ahead to the future with the project.
The council approved the request.
