ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- Aberdeen City Manager Robin Bobzien addressed the council Tuesday on the issues of job opening & descriptions of those positions.

Bobzien talks about relabeling the Planning & Zoning Commission.

Bobzien suggest putting the Economic Development Director will fall under Community Development Director.

Mayor Travis Schaunaman & Councilman Rob Ronayne suggest bringing this up with City Attorney Ron Wager.

Councilwoman Erin Fouberg believes this is a good idea.

City Manager Robin Bobzien next talks about putting water & wastewater Commission under the Public Works Department.

Public Works Director Stu Nelson comments on this suggestion from the City Manager.

Bobzien also address the workforce shortage at various departments within the city.

No formal action was taken by the City Council.  Majority would like to bring these suggestions to the City Attorney Ron Wager.
