ABERDEEN, S.D.(Hub City Radio)- During the City Manager’s Report, City Manager Dave McNeil made suggestion to adding personnel as part of next year’s budget.

McNeil began with the Aberdeen Fire Department and adding personnel to ambulance service.

Next, McNeil wants to add on to the Finance Department.

McNeil discussed Public Works more specifically the pumps area at the water plants.  One will be retiring and he would like to add two on for that area.

McNeil discussed in the past how they take pride in small government but believes now is the right time to expand.

The next meeting McNeil will look to address Capital Improvement projects.
