ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- Aberdeen Finance Officer Jordan McQuillen introduced a resolution Monday night to the city council looking to establish a reserve fund for the city.

McQuillen talks about why he wants to establish the fund.

The council approved the first reading.  Second reading is likely scheduled for next Monday, June 22nd.
