ABERDEEN, S.D.(Press Release)- On Sunday at 7:20am, Aberdeen Fire Rescue dispatched to the 600 block of South Rock Street for reported smoke coming from a residence. Fire crews arrived and found moderate smoke conditions coming from a single-story home. Crews located and quickly extinguished fire that had spread from the walls into the attic area of the home. The smoke was cleared out and overhaul was completed to ensure no additional hotspots were located.
The home is unoccupied, no injuries were reported and the cause remain under investigation.
