PIERRE, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- On Tuesday, the summer study dealing with regional jails & correctional facilities held its final meeting at Pierre.  Among those who testified in the open forum was Aberdeen & Brown County lobbyist Julie Johnson.

The summer study group has until Friday to adopt a final draft to be sent to the Executuve Board who will meet later on this month.
