According to the National Weather Service in Aberdeen a slightly warmer Winter is ahead for our area, thanks to El Nino and it’s effects. Meteorologist Kelly Serr has more on the phenomena.

Serr told us how it is expected to effect our area.

All things combines, Serr said we could be on track for one of the Warmest Winters on record.

Warmer does not mean safer however, Serr said it is still important to be at the ready and in the know.
