ABERDEEN, S.D.(Press Release)- The Aberdeen Parks, Recreation and Forestry Department is holding a Fall Photography Contest to highlight city parks. People are encouraged to go take pictures at any Aberdeen Park or along the City Trail System now through October 30th. People are not limited in the number of photos they can enter.
Please send submissions to the Aberdeen Parks, Recreation and Forestry Department via email: prfcontest@aberdeen.sd.us. Winners will be announced on Facebook and contacted directly. Make sure to include “Fall Parks Photography Contest” in the subject line as well as your full name, e-mail, phone number, address and when and where the photograph was taken. Prize winnings will be Aberdeen Area Chamber of Commerce Gift Cards with 1st place =$40, 2nd Place=$30 and 3rd place =$20.

Photos submitted become property of the Aberdeen Parks, Recreation and Forestry Department and may be used for future promotional materials.
