ABERDEEN, S.D.(Press Release)- The Aberdeen Parks, Recreation and Forestry Department will be distributing the 2023 Fall/Winter Brochure to Aberdeen residents by Saturday, September 2, 2023, in the mail.  Brochures are also available at the Aberdeen Parks, Recreation and Forestry Office, 225 Third Avenue Southeast.

The brochure is filled with activities for people of all ages and interests.  The brochure highlights the programming held at the Aberdeen Recreation and Cultural Center (ARCC), as well as other athletic and outdoor activities.  Information on Youth Dance classes, Social Dance, Pottery, Skating Lessons, and Recreational Skating, Men’s Basketball Leagues, youth classes, YAPAtorium, Senior Center, special event information, and much more will be included. Registration for classes will begin on Tuesday, September 5.  For all the details, make sure to look for the 2023 brochure in the mail Saturday, September 2, or find it online at www.aberdeen.sd.us/parksandrec.  Online registration is also available.
