ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- On Tuesday night, the Aberdeen Planning Commission held a meeting discussing the ordinance regarding medical marijuana establishments.

Aberdeen Planning & Zoning Director Brett Bill talks about why this ordinance is recommended.

Brett told the commission they tried to establish communication with their legislators with little success.

Brett discuss bringing this issue up with the city council going forward.

The commission voted unanimously to approve the ordinance.  The ordinance now goes to the Aberdeen City Council for first reading next Monday.
