ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- Friday is Halloween Day.  The Aberdeen Police Department on their Facebook page offered up safety tips for those that are planning to wear costumes for trick or treating that night.

-Use reflective tape and stickers and choose colors that stick out once nightfall set in.

-Choose masks and face paints that doesn’t impact vision.

-Test reactions to face paints and other products to be worn for extended periods.

-Avoid costumes that could hinder movements and avoid tripping hazards.
