ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- On Monday, the woman accused of threatening Toby Doeden at the Northern State football on Saturday night made her first court appearance.
69-year-old Shauna King is charged with two misdemeanor counts. One for disorderly conduct and the other is simple assault by putting another person in fear of bodily harm. She entered no pleas to either counts.
King is out on recognizance bond as recommended by Brown County District Attorney Karly Winter.
Her next court appearance is scheduled for Tuesday, September 30th at 1:15pm.
Doeden is a Republican candidate running for Governor for the state of South Dakota.
