ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- On Thursday we got a preview of some of the road work that will be done here in Aberdeen.  City engineer Robin Bobzien with the Aberdeen Public Works Department joined us to discuss this.

No bridge work is planned for the upcoming season but Bobzien tells us about funding for bridge work coming up in future years.

One of the main projects for late spring through summer is on N Dakota Street from 8th to 15th Aves.  Bobzien tells us when this will start and why.

Another major project will be road reconstruction on S 3rd Ave from State to Dakota Street.

The city will be installing signal systems on the corner of South Lawson & Melgaard Rd, Bobzien tells us why that needs to be done.
