ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- On Thursday, the Aberdeen Regional Airport held their ribbon cutting ceremony for the new parking lot north of the airport.

Aberdeen Transportation Director Rich Krokel:

Krokel mention there was a delay to start of this project.

Besides the parking lot, Krokel also discussed the sidewalk in front that was also done.

Krokel look ahead to projects planned for 2026.

Project cost the city at least 2.4 million dollars to complete.  Final numbers to be released at a later date.
