ABERDEEN, S.D. (HubCityRadio.com) – The Aberdeen Regional Airport is exploring a major renovation. The airport is currently working on a master plan.

Rich Krokel, City Transportation Director, talked about some of the goals.

He said the runway work would be a major undertaking.

Krokel said that enplanements are up. The city added an extra flight during hunting season and he said that this past week, those planes were full.

The numbers for Rideline are also stable.
