ABERDEEN, S.D.(Hub City Radio)- On Monday night, the Aberdeen School Board heard about the America’s Youth AI Festival that was held in Boston on July 17th through the 19th.
Aberdeen Central Technical Director Josh Jensen:
Jensen talked about how he collaborated with fellow instructors from all across the country while students were debating.
Jensen informed the board about what students agreed upon. One thing that jumped out to him is the smarter the student the less they believe in AI.
Jensen also told the board that they don’t want to see robot teachers and said what the role parents should play.
Student representing Aberdeen Central in Boston were Carter Board and Mitchell Golz.
