The Aberdeen Family YMCA is throwing their ninth annual Glow Run on Friday night.

Terrill Meier, Group Fitness Director for the YMCA, previews the fun-filled evening.

Participants have the option to walk or run, and can choose a half mile, one mile, two miles, or a full 5K.
