ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- At Monday night’s Aberdeen City Council meeting, Executive Director for Aberdeen Downtown Association, Alexa Sheldon commented on how important it is to make Main Street from Railroad Avenue south to 6th Ave two-way.

Sheldon appeared on KSDN Midday Report to explains those views.  Sheldon explains why it’s important to put it in the city budget for next year.

Sheldon back in 2021 was initially not in favor of making Main Street a two-way street.  After some time she has now changed her stance.  She explains why.

Sheldon said she is getting support from people of all ages.

The Aberdeen City Council will be holding a work session on Monday to address the city budget.
