Aldridge Adds Another To The Pack

Aberdeen, SD (NSUWolves.com) – Northern State University head coach Brent Aldridge announced the signing of Linnea Nesheim (Sioux Fall, S.D.) to the Wolves 2024 roster earlier today. Nesheim will join Avery Goebel (Sioux Falls, S.D.) and Ava Nilsson (Mansfield, S.D.) who signed with the Wolves at the beginning of the NLI period.
Linnea Nesheim – Outside / Defensive Specialist, Sioux Falls, S.D. / Lincoln HS
Linnea Nesheim is a 5-foot-10 outside hitter/defensive specialist out of Sioux Falls Lincoln High School. She was a 3-year starter and team captain for the Patriots under the direction of head coach Katie Teirrel. Nehseim hit .304 this past season and averaged 2.8 digs per set. She was a finalist for Miss Volleyball South Dakota and is an all-conference and all-state honoree. She is the daughter of Paul Nesheim.
Aldridge’s Thoughts: “We are excited to add Linnea Nesheim to the 2024 recruiting class. She adds athleticism and the ability to ball control to our outside hitting position. Linnea has just started scratching the surface of her potential. She has a spring club season with future Wolves teammate Avery Goebel at Kairos Volleyball Club to start preparing for the challenges in our gym and the Northern Sun Conference next fall.”
