ABERDEEN, S.D. (HubCityRadio.com) – The Annual AAUW Book Sale will take place Wednesday through Saturday, Sept. 4-7 at the Super City Mall.

The event starts at 6 p.m. Wednesday. Hours are 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday and Friday. The sale concludes at 1 p.m. Saturday.

There will be a large variety of books available, according to Joyce Kimmel, President of the Aberdeen Chapter of the AAUW (American Association of University Women).

She said the majority of the proceeds will go to a scholarship fund at Northern State.

Kimmel said there is a small additional cost for those getting a first crack at the books. There is a cookie sale designed to draw attention to a wage gap in South Dakota.
