Annual Blues, Brews & BBQ Saturday at Centennial Village

ABERDEEN, S.D. (HubCityRadio.com) – The Fourth Annual Blues, Brews & BBQ is set for Saturday, July 27 at Centennial Village at the Brown County Fairgrounds.

The event, which is a fundraiser for the South Dakota Snow Queen Scholarship Fund, starts at 11 a.m.

Activities include a youth talent contest (signup forms are online at SDSnowQueen.com) from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., vendor booths (signup forms are online at SDSnowQueen.com) from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., food vendors from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., kids zone from 1 to 4 p.m., and a bean bag tourney from 4 to 7 p.m.

Bands include Curt Smith from 1 to 2:30 p.m., Bob Styles from 2:30 to 4 p.m., Ron Parker from 4 to 5 p.m., The King Bees from 5 to 7 p.m., and Avenger Joe with Vital Signz from 7 p.m. to 1:30 a.m.

Liz Flannery, South Dakota Snow Queen President, talked about the annual event.

There is no admission, but the event still serves as a fundraiser for the snow queen scholarship fund.

Blues, Brews and BBQ offers something for young and old alike.
