ABERDEEN, S.D. (HubCityRadio.com) – The 14th Annual Northern Fort Playhouse will open on Friday, July 12 at Fort Sisseton Historic Park.

The event will feature shows each weekend throughout the month of July.

Pam Lunzman, Program Director, said that this year’s program will feature two musicals for the first time.

The Fort Playhouse will have a new director for the first time since it started 13 years ago, and will feature students from six different colleges.

Lunzman talked about the schedule for the month.

Lunzman said there are different ticket packages available.

There will also be a pair of featured local artists. Doris Symens Armstrong of Watertown is the featured artist on July 19, while Betty Sheldon of Aberdeen is the featured artist on July 26.
