PIERRE, S.D.(WNAX)- The Appropriations Committee of the South Dakota legislature met in Pierre Tuesday.

One agenda item was a report on small business grants funded through federal Covid dollars.

Colin Keeler with the Bureau of Finance and Management said they worked through a long list of applications.

Keeler says they used most of the available federal funding.

Keeler says they are trying to clean up the entire list of applicants.

The committee also got an update on the next round of federal funding coming with the “American Rescue Plan
