ABERDEEN, S.D. (HubCityRadio.com) – After a couple of record-setting lows this past week, the area can expect above normal temperatures for the start of November.
However, after that stretch, it will be back to colder conditions, according to Laura Edwards, State Climatologist.
She said that La Nina will also likely play a key role in this winter’s forecast.
The month of October was cooler than average, but despite nearly 11 inches of snow, the area still had less precipitation than normal.
