HURON, S.D. (KWAT) — An Arlington man charged with First Degree Attempted Murder, Felony Aggravated Assault and Felony Abuse or Cruelty to a Minor has had all charges against him dismissed.

A court complaint stated that on or about January 1st at a location in Kingsbury County, Brandon Miklos attempted to suffocate an individual identified by the initials K.P.

The Beadle County State’s Attorney’s office confirmed  all charges have been dismissed in the case due to a, “lack of evidence.”
