Attorney General Jackley react to Minnesota passing recreational marijuana

The Minnesota legislature passed a bill legalizing recreational marijuana which will become law as soon as Governor Tim Walz signs it. That means marijuana may be available to the public later this summer.

South Dakota Attorney General Marty Jackley says the state has experience with this.

Jackley says its more judicial than law enforcement.

Jackley says the first line of enforcement will be the border counties.

Businesses in western South Dakota also saw an impact on workers from the legal marijuana in Colorado.
