Attorney General Jackley weighing in on WOTUS

SIOUX FALLS, S.D.(KELO)-  The battle over water control rages on…despite a U.S. Supreme Court ruling.

The Biden Administration wants to put the U.S. Corps of Engineers in charge of water control and water quality.

Attorney General Marty Jackley says that should all remain in the hands of the states.

Jackley says Congress could resolve the problem but has refused to do so for years.

In the meantime, he’s confident of legal efforts to defend state rights.

Until that happens, Jackley doesn’t believe the court battles will stop.
