PIERRE, S.D.(KCCR)- They say the ATF is violating the second amendment.

Attorney General Marty Jackley and two dozen of his colleagues are asking the ATF to drop a proposed civil liability rule on firearm sales.

It would open up anyone selling a firearm for profit to penalties, including people selling guns to friends and family members.
