Attorney Generals across the countries going after e-cigarettes

PIERRE, S.D.(KELO)- They won big settlements against big tobacco…now they’re going after e-cigarettes.

Attorney General Marty Jackley is helping to lead a group of 33 Attorneys General.

They’re asking the FDA to crack down on the e-cig industry.

Much like the case against big tobacco, Jackley and his colleagues are trying to protect the next generation.

Jackley is hopeful the effort works, saying the FDA should listen to such a large bi-partisan group of Attorneys General.
