SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Sioux Falls keeps growing and Augustana University wants to grow with it.

Augustana President Stephanie Herseth-Sandlin is talking about the school’s new master plan, or road map, called ‘Viking Bold – The Journey to 2030.’

“At the end of 2030, our goal is to grow from 2,100 students to 3,000 students.”

Viking Bold also includes the transition to Division One Sports. Best case scenario, she says, would have Augie playing Division One as early as the Fall of 2021.
