ABERDEEN, S.D.(Hub City Radio)- The Avera Research Institute are hosting a food and nutrition seminar at Avera St. Luke’s on Wednesday.

The Future of Food Conservation will address the food and nutrition in communities following the release of South Dakota’s first-ever Food Landscape Assessment.

The report will include FRANK(Food Resources, Access & Nutrition Knowledge) which is a first of its kind data dashboard.

Dinner is included.  Doors open at 5pm with the presentation beginning at 5:30pm.
