AVON, S.D. (WNAX) – Many school districts have had to send their kids home due to Covid outbreaks. The Avon School District went to remote learning last week after a rise in positive cases.
Superintendent Tom Culver says he thinks kids are learning during the remote sessions.
Culver says it’s hard to coordinate learning with students and teachers during a remote class.
Culver says students can miss other learning opportunities by not being in the building.
Culver says the district plans to bring students back to the school this week.
