ABERDEEN, S.D. (HubCityRadio.com) – A pair of Backyard Astronomy classes are being offered in Aberdeen.
The first class is at 7 tonight and the continuation of the class is 7 p.m. next Tuesday, March 17, both at the Library Auditorium on the second floor of the Aberdeen Recreation and Cultural Center.
Gene Morsching, Recreation Superintendent, talks about the classes.
He said the classes go hand-in-hand with the star parties held throughout the summer months.
Morsching said that Kurt Drube will be the leader of the classes.
Morsching said that the classes are free of charge. Anyone interested should contact the Parks and Rec Office (605) 626-7015 to put their name on a list.
