ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- Representative Carl Perry of Aberdeen reminded both the Aberdeen City Council & the Brown County Commission about the ballot measures appearing this November.

Here are the measures that will be on the ballot in November.

Amendment E deals with updating references to officeholders and persons.

Amendment F authorizes the state to impose work requirements for Medicaid expansion.

Amendment G is the Abortion Amendment.

Amendment H is the Open Primary Amendment.

IM28 is the repeal of the Consumption Tax.

IM29 is legalizing recreational marijuana.

Referred Law 21 (SB201) addresses pipeline guidelines and the Landowners Bill of Rights.
