PIERRE, S.D. (WNAX) – All registered voters in South Dakota got an absentee ballot request before the June second primary.
Secretary of State Steve Barnett says they numbers show the results.
Barnett says he thinks it was worth the effort and expense.
Barnett says they won’t be sending out another absentee request before the general election.
Barnett says county auditors also did a good job of running an election during a pandemic.
