MITCHELL, S.D.(KMIT)- There has been a substantial increase in scams involving gift cards.   The Better Business Bureau says gift card scams have risen by more than 50 percent.  Jessie Schmidt is with the South Dakota Better Business Bureau.  She says gift card scams take all kinds of forms.
