Local Landowner Jared Bossly was in front of a Brown County Courtroom Thursday, as a motion to dismiss the trespassing lawsuit he has against Summit Carbon Solutions was addressed. At the core of the issue is Eminent Domain, which allows land to be taken for compensation. Bossly and other landowners have been fighting the process. The legal issue addressed Thursday, in front of 36 people in  the Galley, was that of what the LLC that is being sued, is comprised of and if the case can move forward because of the actions of individuals not necessarily of the LLC.
