Watertown, SD (HubCityRadio.com) – On Tuesday afternoon from Cattail Crossing GC, the Aberdeen Central golf squad stayed hot & picked up a team & individual medalist victories. As a collective team, the Golden Eagles finished 14 shots ahead of second place Watertown & 40 shots ahead of third place, Brookings; Harrisburg & Pierre rounded out the top five. Individually, Olivia Braun came out smoking. She birdied two of the first three holes and eventually shot even par on the front nine. On the back nine, after paring the par five 10^th hole, she picked up three straight birdies and cruised to the medalist position at [-3, 69] for the afternoon. Braun’s teammate, Emma Dohrer finished in second place at just [+3, 72] for the day and netted a pair of birdies on the day, one on the front & one on the back nine.
