BROOKINGS, S.D. (KJJQ) – The Brookings School District is working on plans for some sort of graduation ceremony – likely in May.
Superientendent Klint Willert talked about the plans.
He says they will follow all pertinent guidelines.
They were originally looking at a date in June but Willert says that will not work.
In addition, many students have commitments lined up that mean they would not be available in June.
Willert says they hope to have the plan in place by May 1. His comments came at last night’s School Board work session.
