ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)-  The Brown County Commission, Tuesday, addressed Resolution #33-22.

Brown County Auditor Lynn Heupel said what the resolution was.

Commissioner Duane Sutton explained what the resolution was about.

Brown County’s Deputy State’s Attorney Ross Aldentaler provided their recommendation.

Former County Commissioner Dennis Feickert whose working with the landowners offer his recommendation to extend the moratorium to the end of the year.

Commissioner Mike Wiese proposed to table it for allow until July which will mark the one year since the resolution began.

The commission will revisit the resolution on their July 18th Brown County Commission meeting.
