ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- The Brown County Commission in their meeting Tuesday announced their stance regarding Summit Carbon Solutions’ request for the CO2 pipeline to the South Dakota Public Utilities Commission.

Commissioner Duane Sutton:

Sutton explain that they were intervenors when Summit submitted their request back in 2023.

Brown County Commissioners agreed once again to be an intervenor in Summit’s request to the PUC.

The PUC will hold a public forum at the Dakota Events Center on Friday at 10:30am.
